About Primosten
Primošten is a town set upon a little island and is a part of the Šibenik-Knin county. It is situated in the southern Adriatic coast, between the cities of Šibenik and Trogir. It’s called a “dry point” by the sailors because of the long dry periods. Primošten is famous for its huge and beautiful vineyards and for the traditional donkey race that takes place there every summer.
Today, Primošten is considered to be a heaven for holiday-makers. It gives off a special charm that’s hard to resist and points out the true Mediterranean spirit with its stone houses, churches and little narrow streets.
Raduča is the biggest beach in Primošten, and its smaller part, Mala Raduča, was voted one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Croatia. According to a survey from National Geographic magazine, Croatia was the top 2006 destination in the world for a summer holiday.
